Need your support

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the
Tidewater Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure by participating in
the October 16th Race for the Cure. The goal is to raise $400,000
through donations. Your donation is greatly appreciated.

Please help support me in this important project by contributing
generously to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Tidewater Affiliate.
Your tax-deductible contribution will fund education, screening and
treatment programs in the 21 counties that the Tidewater Affiliate
covers in Southeastern Virginia as well as supporting research and
development. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great
cause - you can make your donation online by simply clicking on the
link at the bottom of this message. If you would prefer, you can also
send your tax-deductible contribution to the address listed below.
More information on Komen Tidewater and its programs can be found at

Grungeboard Bracelets

When it comes to my craft table come fair time I'd have to say that the poor people stopping by have so many different items to look at that seeing everything just isn't possible. I just cant seem to stick to ONE or TWO items and always need to be trying new things to use my stamps and Stampin Up accessories on. This week I broke out the grungeboard (non-Stampin Up) I'd purchased awhile back and went to town with my Stampin Up Impressions embossing folders and craft ink. I always love that no two items I make ever turn out the same, even when I try, so each is truly a "one of a kind".

Shadowbox page - Butterflies

Here is my adaptation of a page I saw done by Debi on Stampin Connection (she said she CASE'D Mary Jo but I couldnt find the sample she cased from). (I'll edit picture in morning when I can get a clean picture without glare/shadow) I used CURRENT merchandise - sets are the Dreams du Jour and Flores Suaves and all the card stock colors are from new collections. ....and because the gals I have coming to make this tomorrow will be doing some embossing I thought I'd take some of my new fabric and make them each a small hand made embossing buddy .... Used the scallop square die but the one I made with scallops facing out didnt turn out as well as when just turned them to inside (in which case a plain square works just fine.
